Ingrid Prueher is a bilingual, Pediatric and Adult Sleep and Nutrition consultant. She is the founder of www.IngridBabySleepWhisperer.com and www.SleepTransformation.org. She specializes in teaching sleepless families globally the fundamentals of getting a good night’s sleep so they can live happier and healthier lives.
Her mission is to transform one sleepless life at a time by teaching them the tools that will help them make sleep a priority so they can improve their health and live the blissful life they desire.
A seasoned sleep consultant, Ingrid combines her experience and knowledge of nutrition, alternative therapies and sleep to help English and Spanish-speaking families across the globe.
Ingrid is a sought after expert and her advice has been shared on popular media outlets such as CBS, Fox & Friends, The Huffington Post and as the host of Parents.com ‘Baby Sleep 911′ Web TV Series. Recently, Ingrid was featured in the July 2017 issue of Health Magazine where she helped chronic insomniac, Emily, sleep without the need of prescription or over the counter medications. She is also part of the FSI Certification Team and the FSI’s Graduate Business Coach and Mentor.
Born in Guatemala and raised in New York, Ingrid earned a bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University, and a master’s degree from The New School in New York City.
Ingrid has three active boys (a husband and two sons :)) that keep her happily busy when she is not helping sleepless families. The four of them live in Connecticut. In her free time, Ingrid loves to dance, sing and read with her boys, as well as travel.
