About Ingrid

I help adults and families restore their sleep - naturally!

If you’re here, you or your child may be struggling to fall asleep, stay asleep, or feel truly rested. You may feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next.

You’re not broken.

The body simply needs the right support to feel safe enough to rest.

My Approach

My work is rooted in supporting the nervous system so sleep can become more consistent, natural, and sustainable.

I take a holistic approach—looking at sleep patterns, daily rhythms, and lifestyle factors—and when appropriate, I guide clients in using natural tools such as essential oils to support their results.

This is not about quick fixes.

It’s about helping the body return to balance so sleep can happen with more ease.

My Experience

For over 20 years, I’ve supported thousands of families around the world—from newborns to adults navigating chronic sleep challenges.

I’ve been featured on national media, including Fox & Friends, and hosted the “Baby Sleep 911” Web TV series on Parents.com.

I’m also the creator of the Goodnight Buddy sleep clock, designed to support children in building healthy, independent sleep routines.

Why I do this work

My passion for helping families began with my own journey as a parent, combined with my background as a former Wall Street analyst.

I understand both the emotional and practical sides of sleep challenges—and how deeply sleep impacts every part of life.

What you can expect

When we work together, you’ll receive personalized, supportive guidance designed to help you (or your child) sleep better in a way that feels aligned, realistic, and sustainable.

You won’t be overwhelmed.

You’ll feel supported every step of the way.

“I had to make sleep a priority in our home, for the betterment of all of our health and well being, and once I did that, I saw how important it was! My only regret is that I didn’t contact Ingrid sooner.”
